Our Facilities

As a school with more than 100 years of history, we have facilities ranging from heritage to contemporary.

Each of our classrooms and stages are set up to allow for effective teaching and learning routines with a range of collaborative and individual spaces.

The playground has undergone extensive earthworks, to ensure that students have access to range of spaces. This includes a yarning circle, hardcourt with basketball and netball hoops, three COLAs (covered outdoor learning areas), infants play equipment, primary climbing equipment, orchard, dry creek bed, grass fields, and handball squares.

Our library is staffed by a specialist teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. This facility is always improving, with a constant flow of new materials for students and for teachers. This is also where teachers can access texts for guided reading and novel studies across the school.

Our creative and performing arts (CAPA) space allows all students to access specialist music, dance, and drama instruction from a specialist teacher. They play a range of instruments across their time at school from percussion to the recorder, the ukelele, and the glockenspiel.

Our preschool is one of 38 Department of Education preschools based outside Sydney. This cornerstone of our school community that has been operating since the 1970s, providing high-quality early-childhood education to children in the year before they start school. Our preschool educators are an experienced teacher and school learning support officer who support two groups of children each year as they access a five-day fortnight in our preschool.
