The Anxiety Project
The Anxiety Project runs over the course of several years, through the Primary Principal’s Association. It provides training to staff, lessons to students, and information to parents and carers that aims to change the ways that children and young people think. Understanding how we think and learn is important for achieving peak performance, self-regulation, and managing the stress and anxiety that all people experience in their day-to-day lives. This project will never replace the care of health and medical professionals, instead, it demystifies some of the inner workings of the brain and promotes each individual as a powerful agent in their own self-care.
